If you are playing in the first game of the day, you will meet one hour prior to your scheduled game start time.

For all other scheduled games the captain’s meeting will take place during halftime of the game previous to your own or one hour before if during the two hour break. (e.g. the 4 pm game will meet at 3:00 pm).
